What's tracked internally

Open a candidate card to see the parts that never appear on the public application form: the full 13-stage status (editable any time from the card), priority, interviewer notes for each Barrier, résumé link, subtasks, a checklist, and an internal comment thread with @mentions. Statuses themselves can be renamed or reordered from the Custom Fields / Settings area of the main Tasks tool if the pipeline shape ever changes.
