Working hours

We operate from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM EST, prioritizing daily objectives and deadlines. We encourage availability during these hours, but flexibility is key to meeting goals effectively.

• Standard hours: 9am to 6pm EST
• Core hours: 10am to 2pm EST
• Objectives and deadlines: focus on task completion over strict hours
• Flexibility: communicate availability and any schedule changes

Note: this does not apply to the Magic Booking Agents team, who work in shifts to keep the app covered 24/7.
